A month in the Loire Valley--and maybe other parts of Europe - Group Travel

My wife and I are going to the Loire Valley (France) in September 2012 and are looking for 1 to 3 other couples who would like to go along to share expenses. Couples, or singles willing to share a bedroom/bed with other singles, are preferred, but we might could work something out with interested singles.

The more who come along, the less expensive it will be. The savings come by sharing rental homes found on homeway.com or vrbo.com. It is possible to find these accommodations for as little as $15 per night per person if we do it together. These homes have kitchens of course, and we save on food costs this way.

We also save on transportation by sharing 4 passenger rental cars. We could rent a car for the whole month for about $200-$250 per person in rental fee and fuel.

We would probably being staying in a different location in the Loire each week. Each couple going along would be responsible for paying a week in accommodations. There are ways to establish trust for doing this, using escrow.com, etc., which I can detail to those who contact me with interest in doing this.

This can be a great trip at phenomenal savings.

We're also flexible. Maybe someone would like to stay a week somewhere else in Europe. It wouldn't be that expensive for the whole group to go from one location to the next if we share auto rental fees. If anyone is interested in this--let's talk about it.
