I want to make a side trip to Ottawa during my Montreal holiday. This will occur sometime within the dates posted above, however am not exactly sure of the dates as yet. If anyone is in the area during this period or if anyone would like to join me from afar, let me know.

RuthlessRooster Cause Ottawa is awesome! lol, seriously if you guys want to grab a beer in the market while your here drop me a line. Make sure you check out Gatineau park and the nightlife in the by-ward market.

Lauren Sounds like a plan Rooster! Dan, Todd and I are definitely doing this sometime in August, so would be good to meet up with someone local to tell/show us the hotspots :)

Todd We will certainly make contact RR. A beer sounds great, especially in this heat. We're just waiting for Daniel to fly here from Australia. Then we'll hire a car and drive to Ottawa on the wrong side of the road. There's bound to be an oncoming traffic incident.

Todd Hi RR, we're coming to Ottawa today, woo hoo. Anyway, let us know if you're around. Lauren has tickets to the premier of Eat Pray Love. I think we'll head up to Mont Tremblant this morning and then onto Ottawa. IF you reply to this message here, we'll get an email, which we'll check at Starbucks or similar.

Daniel Of course you're invited. And it looks like since writing this, you invited yourselves anyway, ha ha. Quebec City is also good, but I have already been there, so wanted to check out Ottawa first. But we could do both?

Todd At the time, I thought they were close to each other. But now I realise they're hours away and in opposite directions. Looking forward to it.
