Accross the USA in 3 months - Group Travel

Iv just turned 30 and after 7 years in my job in radio, I have decided to make a massive change in my life because I have been working too much for too long to build a career, a name for myself, only to realize that I had forgotten to live my life today.

I'm planning on taking a journey of my life and I'm ready for the experience of a lifetime. Packing up everything and traveling the world starting with the USA for 3 months.

But I will be getting my followers/fans (55,000+ www.facebook.com/scottyboxa) to help choose where I go! I'll be asking them to vote on the places I go, the things I should see and do, to invite me to their houses, their towns, hotels or venues and uploading photos, blogs and video about the people I meet and the places I stay to my new interactive website (www.destinationunknown.com.au)

Ill be doing everything from backpacking to couch surfing my way across the US in 3 months and from there who knows.... I am thinking of starting in LA and traveling my way across to New York / Miami. If this sounds like a journey would you like to be apart of or can help out with let me know.

I know many people wont be able to join the whole journey but if you would like to be apart of any of it, I would love to meet like minded travellers along the way. I am open to suggestions and ideas of what to do and where to go.
