Andrew Sounds like a sweet trip. My best man did this trip in the mid seventies, started in Montana went to southern tip or Soth America then all the way to Northern most Alaska then back to Montana...... on a bicycle... solo!

John I did not think I would have so much interest.Thank you all so much.Sorry I have not replied sooner but I do not log on here so often.I am currently in the process of setting up a hostel in my home country of Ireland so at the moment this trip is on hold.I still hope to do this but it would be another few years.Thanks again.
