Summer 2012 seems the right time to finally do this road trip I’ve been dreaming about for years :)
I'd like to start off in Thailand for a few days then on to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia... It’s gonna be a 1 month and half travelling experience and I’m looking for travel buddies who want a kind of change of lifestyle, experience new cultures and meet new people as well :-)
If you’re interested in traveling this road trip or know some people willing to travel in Asia for some time! Please, contact me ! :p Any suggestions/advice concerning Asia are very welcome as well.. ;) I'm very flexible concerning this trip!! ^^

The idea so far would be:

Vietnam: Hanoi , Sapa
Laos: Luang Prebang and go Tubing !!!
Cambogia: Siam Peap and Phom Peh
Thailand : Bangkok , Krabi (most beautiful beaches ever) !
(Indonesia: Bali , not sure I'll have enough time though)

Concerning the budget I guess we're gonna spend max 10 euros a day and the flight ticket is around 800-1000 euros.
For one month and 2 weeks I plan to spend around 1500 euros- 2000euros max

twinklebelle Hi, this sounds great. I'm actually hoping to do this trip myself. I am a 24year old British female, looking for some travel buddies to accompany me on the banana pancake trail- Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam for 6-8 weeks starting from mid/end-July. I have been provided with a fantastic but loose itinerary similar to this one from different sets of friends who've already done the trip. joe lookin 2 get in italy end of april do rome,switzerland ,germany, paris and if i got time spain and portugal. then leave end of june begining of july and fly thailand got 2 full moon party need 2 book it travell round go tubing travell and want 2 get 2 india and china maybe japan .
