nightrider85 hii there iam thinking to travel nortindia near tibets(china)border doing trekking and mountaineering.Moving further to leh in kashmir state along the snowy road which opens only in mid may and close in october due to climatic conditions. My trip will be something like this starting from delhi going to shimla not stopping in delhi take a bus from shimla to reckong peo start trekking and riding bike ,enjoying beauty of himalaya . Trekking all the way through ribba spello puh ,khab,sumdo,lara,kaza, spiti reaching manali . it will take about 5 to 10 days then trekking again from manali to leh via rohtang pass which will take 5 to 10 days spending 3 or 4 days in leh and moveiam thinking in mid june about this trip back to delhi let me know if u r intrsted

ulrike I'm planning to travel through Asia next year, maybe a bit before this, but I'll let you know my plans as it gets closer. There are two more Tibet/Nepal trips here, but they're leaving this year. They've got lots of great ideas for things to do.
