Chengdu-Lhasa-Nepal border - Group Travel

Hello all, I am arriving in Beijing on the 25th of June and will be travelling with my mate to Chengdu via Xian with some side trips. I want to arrange a trip to Tibet with two or three more people to bring down costs. I was thinking of booking something before we arrive but at the moment I am flexible.

This would be our ideal schedule but it is totally open to changes:

July 12th depart Chengdu (if you want to enter Tibet from another point we can discuss it)

July 14th arrive in Lhasa.

We are flexible on building this itinery))

July 22nd Start journey to Nepal with the option of visiting Everest Base camp

We must cross the Nepali border before our Chinese Visa expires on the 25th of July

Then once in Kathmandu we can assess our options. We ultimately are travelling to Delhi, our point of departure back to Europe on the 16th of August.

Extra info: I am from Scotland and I am 28. I live and work in Russia. My mate is from Canada and also is flying with me from Russia. We are pretty easy-going and want to combine cultural sights and maybe some hiking/camping/cycling in the nature.

Hope to hear from you and remember we are happy to discuss dates and make changes to the itinerary. We are pretty sure that we'll need to have a guide and transport arranged in advance from Chengdu. We haven't picked a company yet so open to suggestions.
