I'm a 21 year old (will be 22 by trip) female looking for a partner or small group of travel partners. I am an American Muslim and not big on the party/alcohol scene but still want to have a lot of fun. I am open minded and accepting of other cultures, backgrounds, and lifestyles and hope to find like minded individuals (you don't need to be
Muslim). I want to travel, see famous places, experience life at my own pace, etc. I am thinking to start my trip in the UK and slowly travel south-east down through Europe and above the Mediterranean sea and into Turkey. Eventually we would pass through Syria where I plan to stop for 3-6 months to learn Arabic. I will NOT stop in Israel or Palestine (doing so will mean I can't get into almost all of the other ME countries). Then onto Egypt and across to Morrocco where I will eventually cross back over to Spain and work my way up through France. I am pretty flexible on dates and locations. However I want to get to Syria by the time it gets cold (so maybe November or December) because I don't want to be homeless and traveling when it's cold out. I'd start back up from Syria around maybe April or May of 2013, again this is flexible. I am looking for anyone willing to accompany me on parts, half, or full trip and willing to travel and live cheap.
