Day 01 : 05TH APRIL 2012
Nairobi
Arrival in Nairobi and transfer to the Pride Inn Hotel for dinner and overnight

Day 02 : 06TH APRIL 2012
Nairobi / Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast we depart by road to Samburu National Reserve to arrive in Samburu in time for lunch at Samburu Simba Lodge. The Afternoon will be at Leisure and an afternoon game drive is scheduled at 1630hrs.
Samburu game Reserve is a place of endless skies, dust-red plains and palm-fringed river with rocky battlements, craggy scarps, dry riverbeds and fallen boulders. The river Uaso Nyiro is the lifeline with a huge population of crocodiles. The game reserve is has rare species of animals that can only be found in this park, like the long necked gerenuk, Grevy zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa onyx. At 1930hrs Dinner and overnight at Samburu Simba Lodge.

Day 03 : 07TH APRIL 2012
Samburu National Reserve
An early morning game drive at 06300hrs, to try and locate the leopard which is a frequent visitor in this park. The park has an abundant species of birds and can turn even the most reluctant guest in to an avid bird watcher. Thereafter breakfast at 0830hrs and proceed for a Samburu cultural village visit. The rest of the morning at leisure followed by lunch at 1230hrs. The afternoon will be at leisure followed by an afternoon game drive at 1630hrs.
At 1930hrs Dinner and overnight at Samburu Simba Lodge.

Day04: 08TH APRIL 2012
Samburu /Sweetwaters Tented camp
An early morning game drive at 06300hrs, thereafter breakfast at 0830hrs and proceed to Ol Pejeta Consevancy by Road to arrive in time for lunch at 1230hrs. The afternoon will be at leisure followed by an afternoon game drive at 1630hrs.
Ol Pejeta Game Sanctuary hosts all the members of the ‘Big Five' (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard), the conservancy has a higher wildlife-to-area ratio than any Kenyan national park and is one of only four private game conservancies to have been founded in Kenya. The conservancy boasts the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya, and shelters large numbers of rare and endangered species. At 1930hrs Dinner and Overnight Sweet Waters Tented Camp.

Day 05: 09TH APRIL 2012
Sweetwaters Tented camp - Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, leave for Lake Nakuru National Park with picnic lunch. Nakuru is Sunk deep in the cleft of the Great Rift Valley. It is one of earth's most phenomenal geological features, ringed by shoals of extinct and dormant volcanoes and presided over by the Menengai Crater, one of the largest craters in the world. Flamingo-frosted, salt-encrusted, acacia-haloed and guarded by the prehistoric splendor of a grey-green forest of Euphorbia candelabrum, Lake Nakuru National Park offers sanctuary to some of the world's most endangered creatures. Nestled between the "honeymoon hills", and set in beautifully landscaped grounds with natural foliage and a variety of indigenous African plants and flowers, Flamingo Hill Camp provides superb, tented accommodation. Lake Nakuru is famous for millions of greater and lesser flamingos and other bird species. The park is also a sanctuary for both black and white rhinos. Dinner and overnight at Lake Elementaita Lodge.

Day 06: 10TH APRIL 2012
Lake Nakuru -Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, We check out and depart South West to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch at Lake Naivasha Sawela Lodge. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake, the highest of the string of lakes that glitter down the vast trench of the Great Rift Valley, Lake Naivasha is infamous for its rapidly shifting moods. One minute serene and calm, the next it will be whipped by swirling winds, waves and shadowed by storm clouds - hence its name, which means ‘the place of rough water'. Enigmatic, and dotted with floating islands of Nile cabbage (water hyacinth) and papyrus, Lake Naivasha has no known outlet, and legends abound regarding the vast tunnels that supposedly run beneath its surface. Towered over by the brooding bulk of Mount Longonot (2,776 m), and featuring a submerged volcanic crater known as Crescent Island, this beautiful lake is best known for its high numbers of water birds. Also for the haunting cry of the fish eagles, which feed on the black bass and tilapia of its waters.
Afternoon boat-ride (optional) for US $25 per person up to Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sawela Lodge.
