Eastern Europe - bike tour - summer 2012 - Group Travel

Hello, Hello! I am planning my first long bike voyage for the upcoming summer, consisting of actually three parts:
the first will lead from the city of Nancy (where I am studying) in France to my home region in South-West Germany on the 18th to 21st May 2012 - not a great deal, just to warm up... Afterwards, I will leave from this place around on the 27th May(over Ulm, Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Pilsen, Prag, Hradec Kralove, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw) for Gyzicko in North-East Poland. There, I will stay from the 29th June to the 5th August for a holiday job.

The third leg consists of Vilnius (or perhaps Kaliningrad - depends on whether I will find the time for this visa stuff...), Nida, Riga to Tallinn (and perhaps by ferry to Helsinki).
I will start around the end of May and intend to reach Tallinn by the 23rd/24th August. It would be great to have some company during this hopefuly adventurous voyage, be it for the entire distance, or only for some parts of it (perhaps I just happen to cycle through your place?).

As you may guess from the dates I have set myself, I am not a very ambitious cyclist; ca. 60km per day with some bike-free days to enjoy being at a place is what I plan (actually, it is not sportmanship at all that drives me, but I think cycling is the best possible means to get to know these countries, id est getting to know each meter personally^^) staying, of course, as often as possible with Couchsurfers.
