Eastern then Western Europe Summer 2012 - Group Travel

I am planning on traveling throughout Eastern Europe during July and August and then making my way through Spain and Portugal in late September eventually ending up in the UK in early October. I am not looking for a travel partner for my entire trip, but for sections here and there (Hence the flexible budget depending on how long/where we meet up). If you are interested especially in Eastern Europe I would be looking for a travel buddy for a week or two at a time. I am going to be living on an extremely tight budget. So, that is hostels/couchsurfing and if it means taking an 11hr bus ride instead of a 5hr train ride to save $20 I will be doing it. This trip is for someone with no real time commitment and free to roam around together or alone sometimes. I am looking for a guy or girl or small group around my age 19-25 (I am 22.) I am finishing up University with a degree in Political Science and this is my graduation gift to myself. I have lived for one year in Italy in 2010-2011 and I am a fairly experienced traveler, but I have already seen most of Western Europe. I am planning on trying to see a lot of cultural/historical aspects of Eastern Europe with a little partying here and there of course. However my goal of this trip is not to party (I had plenty of that my first year abroad) so if that is all you are about then this trip is probably not for you. I am really easy to get along with and if you are interested I would like to hear from you and speak with you a bit before I make a decision on if we would be good travel partners.
