I am interested in if this forum is still active too. I am planning to do more traveling in the Europe again (out of london for a while), maybe some weekends, maybe several days, nothing settle yet, quite relaxing what I do and where I am going. If you are in some interesting places, would love to meet up in the cities and hang around for a couple of days.

rubyxxcube Heya, I'm looking at being in Tuscany, Italy from 1-16 October. This includes travelling around Lucca, Florence, Pisa and Arezzo. Apparently it's a good time for grape (wine) and chestnut harvesting season. Will be looking up homestay types (on vineyards would be great, in smaller towns). I need quiet scenery and nature. Sept/Oct good time and weather too apparently! Trying not to squeeze too much planning and will take it as it goes. Let me know if you're keen :)

ill also be in mainland europe from the end of july...im going interrailing/busing ... france, swiss, slovenia, croatia, bosnia, serbia, bulgaria, macedonia, montenegro, albania and croatia... til about the 20th aug... will be focusing on mainly capitals but dont mind the odd diversion..hope to spend the most time up the croatian coast at the end...
