Europe and Asia rtw trip - Group Travel

I don't have anything nailed down yet and still haven't decided when to leave this year, so very flexible. Also toying with the idea of taking a repositioning cruise from hometown Miami instead of flying to Europe since many are cheaper than airfare, and it'd be a relaxing start to the trip. I'm 25 and in between jobs and homes, so now seems the best time to explore an open-ended rtw!
Anyway, I'm expecting to travel around Europe for 2-3 months by rail, then visit India and the UAE for about a month. Followed by another 2-3 months around Thailand, China, and Japan. If I have $ left after all that, I'd like to finish off in Australia or scuba in French Polynesia for a few weeks before heading back to the US. I'd love to meet new people along the way, as I don't know of anyone with the time or money to join me from home. I'm not a bare bones budget traveler, but I am gonna stretch my dollar as much as I can stand and enjoy every part!
