Europe on a tight budget..but still = FUN!
I am tired of living in a rut and want to experience life again. And so, I plan to travel around Europe for 2.5 months.
The route that I have chalked out is tentative and, most definitely, up for modifications.
I will get to Ireland on 23rd Aug, so I want to start the travels from there. After Ireland, I thought of covering Scotland and England ( in 10 days or so?)
Then taking the route to...
-> Belgium -> Netherlands (10 days or so here?)
-> Germany (before Oktoberfest ends), so that can atleast spend a few days enjoying Oktoberfest. Hire a tent for 4 days or so?
-> Eastern Europe ( Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, +/- ) - If we plan the trip well, would be best to finish Eastern Europe before heading to Munich for Oktoberfest..
-> Switzerland
-> Italy
-> France
-> Spain
I want to travel cheap, so pretty much will be backpacking around and travel by train/bus. Not sure the best way to cover the most in short time and least moolah...toying with the idea of joining a tour group for a 12 days or so Eastern Europe trip?
I am super confused as this will be my first solo travel. :|
Any suggestions are most welcome! I hope there are others who have almost the same travel plan, so that we can link up and have amazing time! Would be cheaper too :D
I am 26 years old female....so yes, I am not that old and boring and grumpy. All I want is this trip to be the best thing that will ever happen to me - too much to ask for?! No, right? Then tell me YES, you are taking the same route... YES, you are fun and want to travel cheap..YES, you will join me! ( I am joking....NOT)

Im planning to arribe to Madrid or Amsterdam in September. I also want to visit Múnich for a few days, París, london, belgium, and italy. And will travel cheap.
