So, here am I planning my second solo travel trip after my epic Europe trip last year. This time, I hope to plan the trip up a bit, as the continent is huge and not as well connected as Europe - so need planning to keep the costs in check.
My plan as of now is to start from Ecuador and travel around South America. After that move up Central America ending the trip in Mexico.
Now, I understand the area per say is huge and impossible to cover in 4 months or so, but neither would I have enough dough nor willingness to explore left, by the end of 4 months.
I plan to cover all the main tourist spots (but never in a rush) and take some offbeat tracks too. Basically, mash the plans up and come up with an epic plan! Yay!
Definitely going to watch my budget, but won't travel for 40 hours by bus to save a few bucks (as time is a constraint for me).
Is there anyone on this site, who is keen to explore the exotic land with me?

Still looking for flights? You can have flight experts compete against one another to find you the absolute best and cheapest flights.
Dave11 I was planning a RTW trip in 2014-15 but decided to slow travel instead through a few South American countries. I'm living in Cuenca, Ecuador through June, so if you stop through (beautiful city), you are welcome to couchsurf! Then I'll probably move to Medellin, Colombia in September after going to the World Cup.
