hostel in Constanta, Mamaia, Romania - Group Travel

Hello all,
What do you think about a hostel in Constanta, Romania. I am interested in your opinion. The location will be in Lumina village, very easy to find it. Lumina village is just 15 km from Constanta city,7 km from Navodari city and 14 km to Mamaia. It's not so far and the roads are good.If you want to go in Constanta with your car it takes 20 minutes, in Navodari less then 10 and Mamaia 15 because the road does not pass through cities. There is also public transport, maxi taxi to Constanta and Navodari . The hostel will have rooms with generous space with 8, 6,4,2 beds,and 1 common bathroom and a 400 m available for barbeque, outside dinning, and more. what do you think ? would you came in this hostel despite the distance? or you prefere a hostel in down town?
