Want to start near Istanbul and maybe see Cappadocia spend 3-7 days there before flying to either Thai or Vietnam (want to go through Vietnam either way!). Spend 3-4 weeks exploring all the major cities and trekking highlights Vietnam has to offer. Then move over to Australia and/or New Zealand! (Not really formulated a proper plan yet!)
