Mexico and maybe Central America too - Group Travel

So I'm living right now in Guanajuato, Mexico, so I'd be starting from here and going south definitely hanging out in places we like along the way, hitting up natural spots and Mayan ruins so we can spend time outside, but my real passion is experiencing the culture. This means trying local foods and getting to know people along the way. I speak advanced Spanish and have been in University classes here. I'd like to go to Oaxaca, Chiapas, and then down to Guatemala if it's going well. My travel partner had to return to the states urgently.
