Moving to California roadtrip - Group Travel

Roadtrip across America to move from south jersey to Cali stoping at key Sightseeing points, taking tours, camping, hiking, nightlife, local stops, adventuring, etc etc. This is a low budget style trip, cheap campsites, cheap lodging, cheap food. Unless you can afford to splurge on yourself more. We are 2, 25 and 26 males with a couple other friends on the fence about the trip which is why we are looking for 1 or 2 people to join the car and save on gas or get your own carfull and join the caravan. We are taking the trip with a 2009 scion xb with roof mounted cargo rack, rear hitch mounted cargo carrier and bike rack. We have a huge pop-up instant tent, power converter etc. So light luggage is nessicary. Take the trip for your own move or take it just for the fun and fly back home or venture elsewhere afterwards.
