Name Overland tour from Xining to Tibet including Mount Everest view 11 days Tours

Flying direct to Tibet seems a bit scary due to the high altitude which I fear I may not be able to coupe and thus looking at planning a trip from Xining and driving up to Tibet instead. This way the body may be able to get used to the high altitude by the time we reach Tibet and hopefully not much complication.
