I'm only four states away from having visited all 50 US states, and North & South Dakota are among those four. I am hoping to road trip out to both states sometime this fall to explore a bit and see Mt. Rushmore, the Badlands, the Corn Palace, and general small towns. I have a car, but it gets terrible gas milage. I'm hoping to find someone with who has a car with decent gas milage, so that the cost is lower (and if we use your car, I will pay for almost all the gas). I live in Washington DC, but I'm willing to depart from anywhere between here and NYC.

I'm hoping to arrange couchsurfing for as much of the trip as possible, though cheap motels are also an option. For those hoping to do this as cheaply as possible (as I am), we can also sleep in the car in a pinch, if you're okay with that.

Guillaume Hi, I would like to go and see the Yellowstone National park at the end of Fall, before they begin to close the roads. I know this is not exactly your plan, but if you are interested in going there from october 3 until october 10, just let me know !
