I plan to leave around January, and wish to cover Australia, New Zeland, Dubhai and a bit of Malaysia, open to covering some more countries though and still to decide on exact time scale. Probably be away around 6 months, all really depends on how much i save. Just wondered if anyone had any similar plans?

Walls I am planning to spend a few months travelling around Indonesia, East Coeas Australia and New Zealand (from December 2010 to April 2011). It would be cool to meet some people there!

Kristina87 Yes, sounds great! I'll be in Thailand Nov 23rd-Dec 21st and then in Australia Dec 22nd- probably April/May. Definitely going to NZ, too, for the extreme sports and incredible nature. But nothing planned so far, only booked the flights to Thailand and Australia. So, would be great to hear from you! Kristina

mattwalker123 Hi this sounds amazing!! Really fancy backpacking jus didnt fancy goin alone lol Your choices of places sound awesome too. I intially wasnt going to go anywhere til June time 2011 but should be able to save round £4500 by Jan 2011. Get bac to me pls Beccy Matt :)
