I would be pretty interested to join you for the trip excluding QM2 part as I work on a cruise ship and am not interested in paying to be in one :D The rest of your trip seems very legit tho. I'll be leaving at early june too and will also be on the road for some two months. There is one thing tho. Are you absolutely positive about the railway thing? I mean the railways in the states are what I've heard a very unpleasent journey and no way cheap. That being said I'd prefer a rental car. That gives us way more independence and we can go where ever we please. If the railroad thing isn't mandatory for you, I'm in!
