Tha Balkans, Nordics, and Baltics - Group Travel

The starting early May, I intend to fly into Prague where I'll commence a 6 to 8 week journey through about a dozen European countries that I've not yet experienced; the only flight will be a discount Belgrade to Oslo, otherwise it'll all be via train (preferably), coach of boat.

Initially, I'll spend approximately 3-4 weeks traveling from Prague via Vienna, Bratislava, Zagreb, (then probably Slovenia), along the coast of Croatia, into Bosnia, then Montenegro, before Serbia to fly to Olso in Norway; from here to the Fjords, Stockholm, Helsinki, St Petersburg via ship, then back down to the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania); from there flying back to London.

The plan is to do it relatively cheaply, using predominantly hostels and cheap forms for transport.
