This itinerary is very much still in the works and I'm open to all suggestions. I'd like it to be very much around cultural immersion/temples/ruins and experiencing nature. The ocean, jungles, volcanoes and wild life.

Thailand
(2 weeks)

Spend 3-4 days in Bangkok, discovering the city, then take a train north and loop pack down after about a week in the north. Possibly side trip to Phuket.

Malaysia
(7-10 days)
Train down through Malaysia, stopping along the way finally ending in Kuala Lumpur for a few days.

Indonesia
(4 - 5 weeks)

Flight to Sumatra (1 week)
Flight to Malaysian Borneo (10 days) - jungle trek and snorkling the reefs
Flight to Java (1 week)
Flight to Bail (2 weeks) Biking rice paddies, beaches, relaxing
