sofia Do you mean how to get in a physical shape for climbing Kili? I would recommend doing strength exercises and cardio and of course climb mountains and take long walks. I don't know if there are any mountains where you live, but I mountains in my backyard so It's easy for me to climb mountains and exercise outdoors.
