Becfaye Hi Erinna, Any idea where you'll be early to mid August? I won't be able to do the whole trip, but wouldn't mind catching up somewhere along the way

Becfaye Hi Erinna, I'm interested too! It sounds great. Don't know if I can do the full time, but maybe I could join for some of the trip. I'm from Australia too. Any ideas on the license requirements and how much the scooter hire will be?

Becfaye Hey everyone, I've just started up a Facebook page for Digital Nomads. If you're interested, join me at: http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Digital-Nomad-Movement-Europe-Summer-2011/191117057594217

Todd Hi Bec, we're doing a similar thing, but in India at the moment. After a stint here and in Mongolia, we're thinking about heading to Berlin, which will be around Jul/Aug, the time you'll be in Europe too. We heard from digital nomads in Montreal and Berlin is a great place to do this sort of thing. apparently it's cheap (for Europe) and has a growing startup scene. Anyway, would love to catch up if you're in the area at the time.

Becfaye Hi Todd, Sounds great! Will definitely keep in touch and hopefully catch up at some stage. How long have you been traveling for? How's India?

Todd Have been travelling for 9 months now. 3 in Montreal, 3 in Cusco, 1 in Buenos Aires, 1 in India so far and 1 month on the road between places. India is good, but not so well suited to being a digital nomad. Montreal was my favourite. Cusco was cheapest. Argentina has the most medium-term accommodation options. We'll be in India for another 3 months, then maybe to Europe or Thailand.

Becfaye Hi, I'm from Australia and heading to UK/Europe in June - Sept. I have a 'location independent' business so will be working a little here and a little there to keep the income flowing. Am keen to see as much of Europe as possible. Looking for someone to travel with, particularly through the non-english speaking countiies. How are you planning on getting around?
Becfaye
Becfaye Sounds good. I'm heading from Sydney (where I live now) to the UK/Europe in mid-June. I have my own 'location independent' business so will be backpacking and doing a little business along the way. Heading off on my own for at least the first couple of months, I'd love some company, particularly for the non-English legs of the journey. How were you going to get around Europe? I was looking at the Busabout 3-loop pass which gives you unlimited travel throughout their network. But I'm also curious about the trying the rail network maybe. Advantage of the Busabout means you get to meet people on the tour and get on and off when ever you like.
