About to go and live overseas for the first time in my life.... Will base myself in Europe and will attempt to visit as many European countries as I can on my weekends. Crossing over the pond and visits to Africa are on my to do list as well!!

Lauren Sounds like a plan Rooster! Dan, Todd and I are definitely doing this sometime in August, so would be good to meet up with someone local to tell/show us the hotspots :)

Todd We will certainly make contact RR. A beer sounds great, especially in this heat. We're just waiting for Daniel to fly here from Australia. Then we'll hire a car and drive to Ottawa on the wrong side of the road. There's bound to be an oncoming traffic incident.

mtlmike i'm trying to copy and paste a Montreal visit write-up for a friend here for you but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a word count max for this?? I tried putting a chunk at like 290 words and it still didn't work ....

Daniel 3 August and the wait will be over. Not that I'm counting, but I have exactly 21 days left in Australia, then off to see the world!! Yay. First stop, Montreal!!

Daniel Hey Carla. I will be moving to London indefinitely i August and would be keen to travel around Europe whenever I can. I have been to Eastern Europe before, and really loved it, so am keen to go back there. I would also be keen for a wider Europe trip too.

Daniel Hi Carla. I'm also moving to London soon and am interested in travelling when I'm there. I'm moving in August and will first spend time looking for a job, but then be open to group travel. I can't wait, only 8 weeks to go.
