HaLi It's not part of your itinerary but if you wanted to head further west after Hiroshima, I'm exploring Kyushu a couple of days before hopping to Okinawa. Will base myself out of Fukuoka which is ~1 hour away from Hiroshima. Nov 24: Fukuoka - where the Fugu comes from, but it's only in season during the winter. Nice city with other good seafood and known for Tonkotsu ramen Nov 25: Kumamoto (traditional Japan. Very good food and much more traditional culture) + Dazaifu

eyez2cu Hi HaLi, Sorry for late reply! I was hoping to go to Naoshima to see the Setouchi International Art Festival on the 24th October. Im getting some advice, if the plans fall through, happy to go to Fukuoka for the day.
