Marcia stacey To all i have to say sorry in my lateness in replying. To cut the long story short i forgot my password and was busy working again im sorry but have sorted it out now. I can confirm 100 per cent i will be on here regularly to check messages and updates from now on. My trip is still taking place 100 per cent and i can not wait to start me adventure. Marcia stacey Hi damian that's pretty much the same as me I'm flexible with dates but I was hoping to leave in the next 9 months or so. I'm 25 and live in the uk. I want to experience new cultures and experiences and was planning on travelling for a year my budget is tight as well still putting money into my funds. I'm new to all this but just think I want to see more than the uk. I'd like to plan before I go a bit but the more people who want to join me the better. Give me a message back if this sounds good.

chowitzer Australia and especially Thailand are high up on my list of places I'd like to see but as I'm planning to travel slowly from west to east those destinations will probably be nearer the end of my trip, and since I've never embarked on anything this large before I'm still not entirely sure how long that will take me. I can say that after I am in South America (I will have family business to attend to in Chile in December) I will be looking to cross the ocean toward Africa then north through Europe before staying for a short while in England (I've family there as well). I'll use England as sort of a "home-base" to plan my path eastward which will eventually culminate in getting to the East Indies and SE Asia and Oceania. Your thoughts?

Todd Hi Marcia, we're in Chiang Mai in Thailand now, highly recommend it. Super cheap, lots of longer-term travelers to catch up with, and a nice base to ride up North into the hills.
