Betsabe I'm plannig a 15 days tour over Peru, Im gonna know 6 cities and one of them is Pisco... I really want to be in Puno, Cusco and see the Nazca Lines, it's not too expensive... let's do it!!!

Lauren We're in Peru right now, leaving in a couple of weeks to head down to Argentina. Will be there most likely until February, so keen to catch up with you if you're planning to go to Argentina. What's your itinerary like for South America?

Lauren Sweet! Let's do 26th or 27th, if you want let us know when is good for you when you actually get here, cause you might feel a little dizzy from the altitude. Hiked MP twice actually cause Todd got really sick the 1st time. Not quite sure where we're headed after this actually... will let you know when we know :) lol

tkhan yeahh sure. I just got in 30 mins ago. Flight delays outta lima ! Sweet - when and where do you wanna meet. Do you wanna head over to Loki and we´ll take it from there. Also, i can access email and FB from my phone app, so a msg on that i could retreive faster. You can msg on globetrooper FB or my wall. oKIES... Excited about tonight -- sorry cant figure out how to smiley face on this keyboard !

tkhan Hey Tyro....that sounds awesome ! Yes rainy season starts up somewhere november and so i'm starting my trip nov 3rd, in lima and will first get MP outta the way. Dont wanna miss that now, do we :) After that i will head down to Bolivia to do the Lake Titicaca, Amazon and Salt Flats ! Lets talk for sure...

Tyro Hi....apologies for the delay. I'm getting closer to being certain on dates... and Nov 3rd might be a bit too early for me :( Are you flexible with dates - perhaps meeting in Peru a week or 10 days after that? Also were you thinking of doing the Inca trail to MP, or one of the other treks there. I hear the Inca trail is definitely the best but it does require booking in advance. (just something else to plan :)) Anyway, do let me know what you think about dates and if you're still looking to plan something out. thxx!

tkhan Hello Hello.... yes you are right on! Inca trail is def the best and is selling out fast. Oct is almost sold out except for 28th! But ofcourse you can do alternate treks too. And about dates, im actually pulling my trip forward by a week into the last week of Oct. The wet season starts in nov so that is not so much fun :) can u come ?

As tempting as it is...I think the first week of Nov is the earliest I could go :( If you don't mind risking the extra week and going for Early November then lets get planning :)) Sorry about the inflexibility btw...its all job related though - i would have loved to make an earlier start!

tkhan Hey again - i changed the dates a bit but in essence the same stuff. Yeah, swing by Loki im there from 25th thru 1st Nov - Ask for Tara from chicago ! yeah...the Loki's all have cool hang out bars. Where are you guys staying ? tkhan Lauren - i have started an inca trip with the nov dates. it's called Best of Peru & Bolivia - Inca Trail & Amazon ! I also checked with the operators for peru and bolivia and they say the dates work well because rain will not be an issue for the first few weeks of nov and the temp will not be too cold either ! So if anyone's interested, look me up on my trip !

tkhan Hey guys, like everyone else, this is my must do and am planning this trip myself. However, not sure if you know but Dec, Jan are wet/rainy season in Peru/Bolivia and is not the best time to visit. Trail is closed in Feb for cleaning. Ofcourse, high season ends in Sept, so oct or nov is a much better time to go - climate, crowds and cost wise ! Wat do you guys think about nov ?
