Todd Hi Vike, can you talk more about the govt mountaineering program? When I was in Darjeeling I visited the mountaineering institute and realised people were training there in the surrounding mountains. Sounded like a very thorough course for anyone thinking about pursuing summits. I wonder how it compares (cost, experience, skills) to commercial courses in NZ, Alaska, Argentina, etc.
