Name Turkey - Portugal in how ever many days it takes

Flying out of Shanghai and starting in Istanbul and ending in either Spain/Portugal/Morocco. I'm really flexible with no set plans. Possibly heading to Denmark for Roskilde music festival, maybe Spain in time for the running of the bulls, or any other country for the numerous festivals (free ones especially!). I'll be couchsurfing, camping, or staying in hostels along the way. I'm really iffy right now about heading to London as it's the Queen's Jubilee in June and the Olympics in July.
If you have any tips or want to meet up let me know. I've been living and traveling in China for the past year so Europe will be a relaxed and lazy vacation for me.
