I would like to visit San Francisco and LA but also do some trekking in a few national parks. Would also love to visit places like Utah and Arizona, but don't know if this will be possible on this trip. Am interested in passing through or staying in a few small towns to see what they're like. Am planning on travelling by buses and trains (unless someone wants to drive) and am happy to camp or stay in hostals as long as I'm not alone. Am quite flexible so if anyone has a good plan then ....
