Join this exclusive trip to visit Conservation projects and get up close and personal with Africa’s majestic wildlife in South Africa & Zimbabwe
including Victoria Falls.
We love Africa. It’s in our heart.
Africa has several distinct ecosystems with an abundance of natural resources. The people are warm and inviting.
Spending time in the “bush” rejuvenates the spirit and gives you a lens into the world’s most spectacular wildlife where many of the species are highly endangered. With declining habitat, poverty, and poaching, there is conflict between humans and wildlife.
The goal of the conservation groups we will visit is to ensure these species and landscapes remain for future generations. This can only be accomplished with a holistic approach that involves the local communities. On this trip you will see first hand how the projects employ, educate, and engage the areas where wildlife is most endangered.
We designed this trip with a dual purpose. To raise awareness of successful conservation projects and support the preservation of Africa’s wildlife.
This trip provides once in a lifetime access to wildlife in partnership with our conservation heroes. In addition, each project will receive a donation for hosting our group. A Win-Win.
You will have the exclusive opportunity to become a citizen scientist with Earthwatch, visit Victoria Falls (natural wonder of the world), walking safari in Mana Pools National Park to observe African wild dogs, visit PDC’s wild dog rehabilitation center and kids bush camp, collar an elephant with a research transmitter, notch/tag a rhino with a field veterinarian/team from RWB, visit an anti-poaching K9 unit, visit the endangered wild cats project and much more!
